Jacques Cousteau Coastal Center in Tuckerton, New Jersey
The Tuckerton center serves as the hub for education and outreach programs associated with the Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve. The Center is a state-of-the-art facility including a classroom equipped with video conferencing, Internet capable computer workstations, a library of K-12 curriculum materials, and a 16-bed dormitory.
Cousteau Coastal Center at Bridgeton
The Cousteau Center at Bridgeton is housed at the historic David Sheppard House located at 31 West Commerce Street in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The facility was recently restored to serve as a 21st century coastal resource center housing a partner facility of the Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve managed by Rutgers University.
